Profile of
The prospective mission of the "Study Center" is the internationalization of professional and entrepreneurial leadership, through a free comparison between different ideas and backgrounds to identify and promote common values, knowledge and interests. The "Study Center" focuses its attention on the most current problems and challenges of the economy, culture and society, with particular attention to the Italian and international business community.
The main purpose of the Study Center (... or of the professionals associated with it) has always been to establish a modern structure in which the know-how in the legal, economic and strategic fields and in general of the corporate culture including geo-management (geo -applied economics and international planning with variable geometry), come together according to a philosophy of interdisciplinarity and inter-territoriality, which its members look to to prepare choices for growth and sustainable development.
The aim is not to find unanimous or simply reassuring answers, but to highlight the complexity of the phenomena of the contemporary world and encourage that cultural in-depth analysis from which universal values and ideals emerge capable of inspiring modern and conscious leadership.

Periodically the Board of Directors, in coordination with the Scientific Committee, identifies the most innovative and challenging issues to promote the training and professional updating of operators, entrepreneurs and professionals in relation to internationalisation, international cooperation and the Trust, with specific reference to rules, legislative acts and criteria of the economy and legal regulations in force; as well as to promote and disseminate the study and application of IT tools as methods considered essential for entering the global market.
• Ernst P. Wenger: former Top Manager, CFO and international procurement manager of a leading Italian-French multinational in the electricity sector for the entire Middle East and North Africa area, he has provided support and consultancy to relevant companies on the international scene.
• Francesco Ventura: scholar and observer of economics and international business law; has many years of experience in international contracts and strategic planning, as well as having studied various technicalities relating to \"corporate re-engineering\".
• Simona Arduini: lawyer; he has gained extensive experience in the field of common law and international law, journalist and author for IPSOA Editore in the field of Law on After Us and trust law. he also held the position of board member of Coop 3.0.
• Angelo Guarini: President of the Helix International Foundation, General Director of Confindustria Brindisi; expert in industrial policies with particular emphasis on the aeronautical and aerospace sectors. He writes for Il Sole 24ore-ediz.del Mezzogiorno
• Letizia Maria Ferraris: criminal lawyer and cassation expert at the Turin Bar; deals with children's rights and prevention of bankruptcy crimes. He currently also holds the position of President of CSI Piemonte.
• Agnese Scappini: Psychologist specializing in work and contexts; communication expert and writer. She currently works as a freelance clinical psychologist; Work and sports psychologist. Speaker at training webinars for the Ondif association (National Observatory on Family Law) and Aiga, on gender-based and assisted violence. Member of the Work Psychology group of the Order of Psychologists of Umbria
• Sabrina Zuccalà: president of the international nanotechnology laboratory “4ward360”, multiple award-winning, also awarded the International Award of Excellence of Merit of the Italian Republic and that of Ambassador Business Woman
• Antonella Basso: lawyer, deals with international commercial law; speaker in numerous workshops on the UAE markets and in particular on Qatar - publicist on the subject of expansion towards new markets of "made in Italy"; founder partner of Around Business Opportunities www.abopportunity.it
